Attach New Cite Content Template - Construct your New article in MS Word and format the content exactly like you want it displayed in Cite and attach the file here. Please use the Cite Design guidelines while formating content.
Cite Update Information - Navigate to the existing page and Copy and Paste URL here.
Attach Updated Content File - In MS Word copy and paste the complete article you want updated and  make the desired changes. Strike out what needs to be deleted and Highlight in green any new content. Not following this process will delay your request.
Content Ownership and Sign Off - Please provide the content owner information for the updates/new procedure information provided. A member of the Functional Process Team will ensure accuracy of the final procedure prior to publishing. Checking off the Verify Content box below indicates your request has been completely vetted and approved by the content owner provided.
